Gizuskin offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every course purchase. This page sets out how that guarantee works, your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law and German Fernabsatzrecht, and how refunds are processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee
Gizuskin offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every course purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date and we will refund the price you paid for the course, regardless of how much of the content you have already accessed. This voluntary guarantee is granted in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU/EEA generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under § 355 BGB. For digital content delivered immediately, this statutory right expires once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost (§ 356(5) BGB). Where the statutory right of withdrawal still applies, the 14-day period begins on the day the contract is concluded. The voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee above is offered independently of, and in addition to, any statutory rights.
3. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net, locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, and submit a refund request. You can also contact our support team using the details in our Imprint and we will forward your request to Paddle on your behalf. Please include your order number or the email address used at checkout so we can locate the transaction.
4. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing typically takes 3 to 10 business days from approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, access to the course will end and any certificate issued in connection with that order will be revoked.
5. Exclusions
The voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply where there is clear evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: bulk downloading or scraping of course materials, sharing of login credentials, redistribution of course content, or repeated refund requests by the same person. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. 6. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, including refunds and chargebacks.
