Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy
All materials provided by Gizu MedEsthetics Academy are protected by copyright, related rights and other intellectual property laws. This policy describes what students may and may not do with these materials.

1. Protected materials
Protected materials include, without limitation: videos, audio recordings, voice notes, PDFs, images, case studies, lessons, training materials, certificates and any downloadable resources made available through the academy.
2. Permitted use
Students may use the information learned in the course for their own professional development and for treatments they perform within their own professional practice, as long as this is permitted by the laws of the country in which they operate.
3. Prohibited use
Students may NOT: resell course materials; copy course materials for commercial sale; redistribute course materials in any form; upload course content to other platforms or social media; share login credentials; share paid content with third parties; or reproduce course materials as their own training under any name.
4. Watermarking and traceability
Course materials may carry visible or invisible watermarks. Any copy found in unauthorised circulation can be traced back to the account it originated from.
5. Consequences of infringement
Unauthorised distribution, reproduction, resale, sharing or commercial use of course materials may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund and in civil and criminal legal action under applicable copyright, competition and contract law.
6. Reporting infringement
Anyone who becomes aware of unauthorised use of academy materials is invited to contact the academy so that appropriate action can be taken.
