1. How access is delivered
After a successful purchase the student receives access through the personal account created with the email address provided at checkout. Access details, receipts, certificates and important notifications are sent exclusively to that email address.
2. Email responsibility
Students must provide a valid email address that they personally control and check regularly. The academy is not responsible for missed information caused by an incorrect, inactive, full or otherwise inaccessible mailbox.
3. Account and credentials
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Students must keep their login credentials confidential. Sharing credentials with any third party is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of access without refund.
4. Technical requirements
Students need a current web browser, a stable internet connection capable of streaming video, working speakers or headphones, and a device with sufficient capacity to play HD video. The academy is not responsible for connection or device limitations on the student's side.
5. Availability and maintenance
The academy works to keep the platform available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, third-party outages and force majeure events may temporarily affect availability.
6. Right of withdrawal for digital content
Where the law gives a consumer a right of withdrawal for digital content, the academy will provide the statutory withdrawal instructions and obtain the consumer's express consent before access is granted, in line with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
