Course Access Policy
This policy describes who may access the academy's online courses, on which device, and what the academy expects from every student during the access period.
Last updated: 2026-06-24
1. Personal access only
Course access is strictly personal. Each account belongs to one named student. Login credentials may not be shared, lent or sold under any circumstances.
2. Educational purpose
The training provides educational information for licensed and aspiring aesthetic professionals. It does not replace medical, legal or regulatory advice for the student's country, region or profession.
3. Local laws and licensing take priority
Students remain responsible at all times for following the laws, regulations, licensing requirements and professional standards that apply in their own country, state, region or jurisdiction. Local laws and regulations always take priority over course content. The academy cannot guarantee that any specific treatment, product, device, ingredient, procedure, protocol or business activity shown in the course is legally permitted in every country.
4. Certificates
Course certificates confirm completion of training only. Certificates do not automatically grant legal permission to perform any treatment. Students remain responsible for complying with local laws and licensing requirements in their jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable behaviour
Students agree to use the platform respectfully, not to attempt to bypass technical protection measures, not to scrape or download protected content outside the features the platform itself provides, and not to use the platform for unlawful purposes.
6. Suspension and termination of access
The academy may suspend or terminate access without refund if a student violates the IP Policy, shares credentials, uses the platform unlawfully, or seriously breaches these terms.
